Line Service Technician
MidCoast Regional Airport – Ft. Stewart, GA ( Joint-Use Airport)
Full-time and Part-time Line Service Technician positions available providing ground support and customer service to arriving/ departing aircraft, crew members, and their passengers.
Key Responsibilities
– Perform periodic and daily checks of all equipment and facilities and document findings
– Maintain clean and organized ramp, free of debris and clutter
– Maintain clean and organized facilities and hangars, free of debris and clutter
– Perform janitorial services and additional duties as assigned and/or needed
– Deliver proactive, personalized service experience to private and business aviation clients
– Responsible for performing various aircraft services (to include, but not be limited to, marshaling, fueling, hangar storage, towing, shuttle service, and other ground support)
– Coordinate and direct ramp movements for arriving and/or departing aircraft
– Operate ground service equipment (tugs, fuel trucks, transport vans, etc.)
– Communicate customer feedback with the appropriate Heath Aviation, LLC personnel
– Immediately report safety incidents and hazards to appropriate management
– Initiate emergency and incident response procedures as required
Qualifications
– High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
– Team player with a collaborative attitude
– Previous aviation experience is preferred
– Ability to thrive in an environment with strong standard operating principles and a safety-first culture
– SAFETY IS PARAMOUNT
– Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
– Basic computer and math skills, and the ability to write legibly
– Must possess and maintain a valid state Driver’s License
– Must pass background check and drug screening

– Must be physically capable of frequent walking, stretching, bending, sitting, stooping, reaching, and grasping; climbing ladders up to 12 feet; and lifting heavy objects up to 50 pounds.
