Line Service Technician job – Part-Time position available at MidCoast Regional Airport – Ft. Stewart, GA

Description, duties, and responsibilities:

Part-time position available for a Line Service Technician for which you will provide ground support to arriving and departing aircraft and customer service for crew members and their passengers to include the following:

Expectations.

– Deliver a proactive, personalized service experience to private and business aviation clients.

– Provide a variety of aircraft services, including marshaling, fueling, hangar storage, towing and other ground support.

– Coordinate and direct ramp movements for arriving and departing aircraft.

– Operate ground service equipment, such as tugs, fuel trucks and transport vans.

– Additional responsibilities may include providing shuttle service for passengers/crew as required.

–  Perform periodic checks of all equipment and facilities and document findings.

– Maintain a clean and organized ramp, free of debris and clutter.

– Maintain clean and organized facilities and hangars, free of debris and clutter.

– Communicate customer feedback with the appropriate Heath Aviation, LLC personnel.

– Perform various lawn care and janitorial services as assigned and/or needed.

– Immediately report safety incidents and hazards to appropriate management.

– Initiate emergency and incident response procedures as required

– Other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements:

– High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).

– Team player with a collaborative attitude.

– Ability to thrive in an environment with strong standard operating principles and a safety-first culture.

– Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills, basic math skills, and the ability to write legibly.

– Must possess and maintain a valid state Driver’s License.

– Basic math skills

– Background Check

– Physically able to perform frequent walking, stretching, bending, sitting, stooping, reaching, grasping, and climbing actions and able to perform heavy   lifting up to 50 pounds.
