We are located just 45 minutes southwest of downtown Savannah and just minutes from Georgia’s coast… we’re named “MidCoast” because of our position between the commercial airports at Savannah and Brunswick, as well as being midway between Charleston and Jacksonville.
We also proudly share the airport with the US Army’s 3rd Infantry Division, Rock of the Marne. Fort Stewart is the largest Army installation east of the Mississippi River. It covers 280,000 acres.
